Vanilla Blueberry Protein Smoothie


2 scoops Arbonne vanilla (or chocolate) shake mix

1 scoop Arbonne fiber boost

1 scoop collagen

1/4 cup flax meal

3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk 

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp almond or cashew butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tsp maca powder


1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend for about 2 minutes

2. Pour in a tall glass and top with more cashew or almond butter (I also added goji berries to mine plus more hemp hearts on top!)

This smoothie keeps me full for about 3 hours. It's filled with lots of healthy fats, protein, antioxidants and energy-boosting superfoods to get your day started!
