Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup paleo flour mix (I used Bobsredmill)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp raw tahini

1/4 cup mylk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

1 egg white

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp vanilla 

1/3 cup chocolate chips

a dash of sea salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

2. Melt the coconut oil in a large bowl

3. Add tahini, coconut sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla and continue to mix

4. Slowly add in flour and milk, and continue to mix batter

5. Lastly mix in the egg white and toss in the chocolate chips

6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes

7. Let the cookies cool or enjoy while still warm!
