My Grocery List Must Haves

December 18, 2017

Many of you had been asking me what products/brands I buy and where I get them from so I decided to write a blog post about it!

I often go to Whole Foods since other grocery stores such as Trader Joe's or Ralph's don't carry the brands I like. I divided my groceries into categories and specified which brands/flavors are my favorites. Enjoy!

Eggs: Vital Farms pasteurized eggs

Milk: Foragerproject unsweetened cashew milk, Califia unsweetend almond milk or SoDelicious unsweetened coconut milk

Yogurt: Foragerproject unsweetened cashew milk yogurt, if they don't have it I typically get Kite Hill unsweetened almond milk yogurt

Cheese: Laura Chenel or Montchevre plain goat cheese

Oats: Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Oatmeal (I get the original version and it already has chia, hemp and flax)

Granola: Steve's Paleo Goods (the original flavor is my favorite)

Baking: All Simple Mills goods (I typically get the brownie mix and the pancakes and waffles mix)

Pasta: Banza (made with chickpea flour), Ancient Harvest (made with quinoa and corn flour), Cappello's (this one's paleo! and the gnocci is SO good)

Sauces/Dip: Hopefoods (Kale Pesto hummus is great for pastas or the plain/garlic hummus as a dip), Yellow Barn tomato basil red pasta sauce has simple ingredients and no added sugars

Bread: Breadsrsly vegan gluten-free sourdough, Barelybread paleo bagels and Sietefoods tortillas

Nut Butters: Artisanaorganics Cashew Butter or Trader Joe's flax and chia crunchy peanut butter

Chocolate: Hu Kitchen (cashew butter or almond butter + puffed quinoa are my favorites) Eating Evolved (the cashew milk flavor is my favorite)

Drinks: Rebbl turmeric, matcha and chai lattes; GTs Kombucha (I like the Third Eye Chai, Rose, Tantric Turmeric and Multi Green flavors), Harmless Harvest or Taste Nirvana coconut water

Superfoods: chia seeds (Nutiva), maca powder (Navitasorganics), goji berries (NavitasOrganics), hemp hearts (ManitobaHarvest)

I hope this was helpful and I would love to hear from you guys! What do you think about the products and which brands/flavors do YOU like?
