Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1 can reduced fat coconut milk
1 can pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Optional Chocolate Layer:
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in your blender for about 15 seconds
2. Pour into a jar or container and refrigerate overnight
3. In a bowl, thoroughly mix 1 tbsp cacao and 1 tbsp maple syrup
4. Pour the chocolate layer at the bottom of your jar
5. Fill the rest with chia pudding
6. Add your favorite toppings!
