Granola Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Cookie:

1 1/4 cups flour (I used Bobsredmill almond flour)

1/3 cup sugar (I used brown coconut sugar)

1/3 cup granola butter at room temperature (I used Kweenandco)

1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used Lily's) 

4 oz melted butter (I used Miyokos vegan cashew butter)

2 scoops collagen (I used Ancientnutrition unflavored multi collagen)

1 egg

a dash of sea salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Melt the butter in a large bowl

3. Allow to cool for a minute, then add granola butter and sugar

4. Add all other ingredients and mix (toss in chocolate chips last)

5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes 

6. Enjoy!
