Arbonne Vanilla Protein Pancakes


1/2 cup Bobsredmill paleo flour mix

2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein shake mix

1 scoop Arbonne fiber boost

2 eggs

4 tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used Foragerproject unsweetened cashew milk)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you reach a smooth consistency

2. Bring your pan to medium heat and cook your pancakes in coconut oil (I used a non-stick pan to use as little oil as possible)

3. Top with your favorite fruit, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut shreds, goji berries, or nut butter!
